Yassin Belkhdim(born 14 February 2002) is a professionalfootballerwho plays as amidfielderforLigue 1clubAngers.[2]Born in France, he is a Morocco youth international.
Club career
[edit]Originally a player atFC Mantois,[3]Belkhdim signed forAngersin 2020 after having scored a goal in a game against the club's reserve team in theChampionnat National 2.[4]On 13 June 2022, he signed his first professional contract at Angers, a deal until 2025.[5][6]On 18 November 2023, he made his senior debut for the club in a 2–0 away win over Houilles AC in the seventh round of theCoupe de France.[7]In the second half of the 2023–24 season, his performances convinced Angers coachAlexandre Dujeuxto play him in severalLigue 2matches.[8]
International career
[edit]In November 2021, Belkhdim was called up by theMorocco under-23sfor the first time.[9][5]
