Yellow Furze(Irish:an Aitinn Bhuí,meaning 'small yellow place')[1]is a small village inCounty Meath,Ireland.It is located 5 km southwest ofSlane,on the boundary between thetownlandsof Dollardstown (Baile an Dolardaigh) and Seneschalstown (Baile an tSeanascail).[1]
Yellow Furze is in theCatholicparish of Beauparc, which extends over an area on the south side of theRiver BoynebetweenNavanand Slane. The village church is theChurch of the Assumptionand there is a cemetery next to it.[2]
