Yilibu(Manchu:ᡳᠯᡳᠪᡠIlibu;Chinese:Y vải bố lót trong;Wade–Giles:I-li-pu;1772 – 4 March 1843[1]), also speltElepoo,was a Chinese official of theQing dynasty.A Manchu of theBordered Yellow Banner,he wasViceroy of Liang gian gfrom 1839 to 1840. In 1842, he assisted in negotiating theTreaty of Nanking,which ended theFirst Opium Warbetween the United Kingdom and China.
He studied atGuozi gianbefore working his way through the ranks of the then Imperial Government of China.
