Zahoor Khan(Urdu:ظہور خان;born 25 May 1989) is a Pakistani-borncricketerwho plays for theUnited Arab Emirates national cricket team.[1][2]

International career

Khan made hisTwenty20 International(T20I) debut forthe United Arab EmiratesagainstAfghanistanin the2017 Desert T20 Challengeon 16 January 2017.[3]He made hisOne Day International(ODI) debut for the United Arab Emiratesagainst Scotlandon 24 January 2017.[4]On 2 March 2017, he took 6 wickets for 34 runsagainst Ireland,which were the best figures by an Emirati bowler in an ODI.[5]

In January 2018, he was named in the United Arab Emirates' squad for the2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Twotournament.[6]In August 2018, he was named in the United Arab Emirates' squad for the2018 Asia Cup Qualifiertournament.[7]In December 2018, he was named in the United Arab Emirates' team for the2018 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.[8]

In June 2019, he was selected to play for the Brampton Wolves franchise team in the2019 Global T20 Canadatournament.[9]In September 2019, he was named in the United Arab Emirates' squad for the2019 ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiertournament in the UAE.[10]In December 2020, he was among the ten cricketers who were awarded a year-long full-time contract by theEmirates Cricket Board.[11]
