Zhi Cong"Peter"Li(Chinese:Lê trí thông,born 23 August 1993 inGuangzhou) is a racing driver fromChina.He formerly competed in theFIA Formula 3 European Championship.[1]
Li is best known for his involvement in a serious accident at a Formula 3 meeting at theRed Bull Ringin 2016 in which he broke both heels and fractured four vertebrae.[2][3]
