I am looking to run gh pr ready with a GitHub Apps access token, but am getting the following error:

API call failed: Message: Resource not accessible by integration, Locations: [{Line:1 Column:80}]

https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/41631 suggested OP start a Q&A question here, but I couldn't find anything in Discussions. I did find #1314 (comment), which suggests the default GITHUB_TOKEN has the permissions to run gh pr ready.

For reference, the access token I am using has the following permissions:

actions: read
contents: read
pull_requests: write

Which ones am I missing?
