Shinran(Thân loan ,21 Mei 1173 – 16 Januari 1263)[1][2]adalah seorang biksu Buddha, yang lahir di Hino (sekarangFushimi,Kyoto) dan hidup padaZaman Kamakura.Shinran adalah muridHōnendan pendiri dari apa yang menjadi sekteJōdo ShinshūdiJepang.
