AlgaeBaseadalah sebuahpangkalan data spesies globalyang memuat infromasi semua kelompokalga,baikair asinmaupunair tawar,danrumput laut.

Sejarah

AlgaeBase dibentuk pada Maret 1996,[1][2]olehMichael Guiry.[3]

Per tahun 2005, pangkalan data ini telah mencakup 65,000 nama.[4]
