Haptistaadalah sebuah kelompokprotistayang diusulkan, yang mencakupcentroheliddanhaptophyta.Studifilogenomikmengindikasikan bahwa Haptista, bersamaan denganAncoracysta twista,membentuk sebuah kelompok saudari dari supergrupSAR+Telonemia,namun klad ini juga dapat menjadi kelompok saudari dariCryptista(+Archaeplastida).[1][2][3][4]Hal ini membuat kelompok ini menjadi garis keturunanDiaphoretickesyang paling awal berpisah.
