About ISP
HKUST International Summer Exchange Program (ISP) welcomes students from our partner institutions to study at hkust in summer.
The program aims to create a rewarding exchange experience for students from around the world. It comprises high-quality courses taught by hkust instructors and opportunities to participate in local excursions that enable students to gain insight into the region.
Courses
ISP courses are taught by HKUST instructors. Most undergraduate courses at HKUST are of 3 credits, unless otherwise specified. ISP students should take at least 3 and up to 9 credits during summer.
Accomodation
University accommodation is compulsory for ISP students. There are nine student halls on-campus, and you will be assigned to a room in one of these halls with double occupancy.
Activities
ISP students are invited to a series of program activities. These include the orientation, campus and city tours, welcoming and farewell receptions, and various workshops about Hong Kong and Chinese culture.
