セックスの triết học,またはTính ái triết học(Anh:Philosophy of sex) とは,セックスやTính áiに quan する nghiên cứu を hành う ứng dụngTriết họcの nhất phân dã である.Mại xuân,レイプ,セクシャルハラスメント,Tính đíchアイデンティティー,Đồng ý niên linh,Đồng tính áiのようなHiện tượngについてのLuân lý họcĐích khảo sát や, “セックスとは hà か?” のような vấn いに đối する khái niệm phân tích が hành われている. また, セクシャリティや tính đích アイデンティティーにまつわる vấn いや,ジェンダーのTồn tại luậnĐích địa vị についての vấn đề も tráp う. Hiện đại のセックスの triết học giả として đại biểu đích な nhân vật には,Raja Halwaniとアラン・ソーブルとジュディス・バトラーがいる.

Hiện đại のセックスの triết học は, tây dươngフェミニズムの ảnh hưởng を thụ けている tràng hợp が đa い.フェミニストが vấn いただしているジェンダー gian の soa dị, tính のChính trị học( ポリティクス ), また tính đích アイデンティティーの bổn tính といったテーマは, セックスの triết học においても trọng yếu な vấn đề となっている.

セックスの triết học の lịch sử[Biên tập]

Tây dương triết họcの lịch sử の đại bán において, セックスやセクシャリティに quan する vấn いは nhất bàn đích な luân lý học において khảo sát されるにとどまっていた. しかし, この triều lưu から độc lập し, tính đích な vấn đề を tráp う cố hữu の lĩnh vực が đản sinh した.

セックス・ tính ái triết học hiệp hội ( Society for the Philosophy of Sex and Love ) は,アメリカ triết học hiệp hội( American Philosophical Association ) の hội viên として nhận められた chuyên môn học hội である.

Tính đích dục cầu[Biên tập]

Tính hành vi に đối する đạo đức đích bình 価は, tính đích trùng động の tính chất によって phán đoạn される. この điểm に quan して, nhị chủng loại の nghị luận がある[1].

セクシャリティについての tiêu cực đích な lý giải をする nhân vật には lệ えばイマヌエル・カントがいるが, それによればセクシャリティは価 trị を phá 壊し, tha の nhân cách を đạo đức đích に tráp うことを phương げるという. カントによれば, セックスは “Ái する nhân を dục cầu の đối tượng に biếm める”[2].この lý giải によると, セックスは sinh thực mục đích にのみ hành うことが thôi thưởng されることになる. そしてしばしば, cấm dục が tối lương の đạo đức đích sinh hoạt に繋がると khảo えられる[3].

セクシャリティを khẳng định đích に lý giải する luận giả ( lệ えば, ラッセル・ヴァノイ, アーヴィング・シンガーなど ) によれば, tính hành vi は tự kỷ と tha giả を đồng thời に lặc しませる hành vi であると khảo えられる.

トマス・ネーゲルの đề án によれば, hỗ いに tính đích に hưng phấn している trạng thái でなされる tính hành vi のみが nhân gian のセクシャリティにとって tự nhiên なものだという. Tính đích に đảo thác した xuất hội いや xuất lai sự とは, この hỗ huệ đích な hưng phấn が bất tại であり, nhất nhân が tính đích kinh nghiệm の hoàn toàn な chủ thể でもう nhất nhân が hoàn toàn な đối tượng の trạng thái にとどまるような tràng hợp だという[4].
