о себе

Моя старейшая из сохранившихся правок 19 марта 2005 года. Я являюсь активным участником википедий на эсперанто и на русском языке. Начинал активную деятельность под логином P.Fiŝo в эсперанто-википедии. По ряду причин технического характера в русскоязычной википедии мне пришлось использоватьлогин P.Fisxo, который не удалось объединить с логином в эо-википедии. Некоторое время я активно работал в викиновостях на русском языке. При получении прав администратора в ру-викиновостях я сменил логин на VladimirPF - это связано с тем, что мой предыдущий логин трудно произносится участниками, не имеющими опыт в эсперанто.

Я россиянин, проживаю в России. В викидеятельности я не конфликтный и аполитичный. Считаю, что работая в википроектах мы должны впервую очередь отталкиваться от правил соответствующих проектов. Это значит, что при рассмотрении конфликтов нужно в первую очередь изучать аргументы участников конфликта и использовать только относящиеся к деятельности проектов викимедиа. Готов ответить на вопросы.

Мой опыт в различных википроектах
  • ru.wikipedia: патрулирующий, блокировок не имел, 54 893 правок, 126 статей - значительная часть из них имеет статусы проектов Качество.
  • eo.wikipedia: патрулирующий, блокировок не имел. P.Fiŝo - 6 444 правки, 384 статьи; VladimirPF - 9 768, 26 статей. Учётная запись P.Fiŝo заблокирована по моей просьбе, после возвращения в эсперанто-википедию.
  • ru.wikinews: редактор, администратор, заблокировал сам себя после ухода из проекта. Сделал 696 страниц, 194 000 правок. Из проекта ушёл в знак несогласия с деятельностью отдльных участников. Детали не хотел бы раскрывать, так как это может повлечь жёсткие наказания по отношению к некоторым из участников, а я этого не хочу: я не мстительный, а потеря даже одного опытного участника будет стоить дороже моего самолюбия.
  • eo.wikinews: 14 страниц, 1 457 правок.
  • commons: для меня это просто склад материалов для иллюстрирования статей и я не считаю себя участником этого проекта. У меня довольно много загруженных иллюстраций. Часть из них удалена.
Зачем мне нужны права администратора
  1. В викиновостях на эсперанто сейчас нет администратора. Последнего администратора (User:RG72) был лишён прав после спланированной атаки участников, которые не имеют реального отношения к викиновостям, и крайне малое отношение к википедии на эсперанто. (то, что это была спланированная атака я готов доказать с помощью аналитики вклада участников).
  2. После моего прихода в эо-викиновости проект стал меняться с технической стороны: стала проводиться категоризация, разрабатываются новые шаблоны и модули. Время от времени создаются страницы, которые нужно удалять, но у нас нет администратора, а создавть по каждому техническому удалению отдельную номинацию и ждать прихода администратора из мета-вики - это плохой путь.
  3. Активное развитие категоризации проекта требует внесения правок в защищённые статьи. Однако снять защиту или поставить её снова требует прав администратора.
  4. Время от времени в статьях пропадают иллюстрации, которые можно и нужно заменить. Все старые викиновости имеют защиту и для устраниния проблем с иллюстрациями требуется права администратора.
  5. Викиновости на эсперанто живой проект, в который пытаюсь привлекать новых участников. Для исправления ошибок, которые они допускают необходимы права администратора.
  6. Сегодня в викиновостях на эсперанто крайне мало вандализма, но время от времени приходится исправлять чужие ошибки и для этого нужны права администратора.
Заявка в эо-викиновостях

20 сентября 2023 года я подал заявку на статус администратора в викиновостях [1]. Увы, так сегодня в викиновостях крайне мало активных участников, то обсуждение по сути не состоялось. Никто не смог провести анализ моих правок, анализ моего вклада и тд. Однако я получил обвинение по национальному признаку: я не воспринимаю это обвинение серьёзно, так как участники проголосовавшие против не являются участниками викиновостей. (скажу честно: я приглашу на обсуждение данной заявки всех, имеющих отношение к викидеятельности на языке эсперанто, несмотря на обвинения по национальному признаку). @JimKillock: As far as I can see, this discussion started in March 2023? That is over a year ago, and we sadly can't grant adminship based on a discussion that old. As you can easily check for yourselves, @Jcwf: has made many and important contributions to WikiWoordenboek. My guess would be that our community would very much desire we show our longest serving bureaucrat and moderator the courtesy he greatly deserves. I understand how unused accounts may constitute safety risks, but as he is also still a sysop and a bureaucrat on af.wiktionary and editing on af.wikipedia, I don't see the need to rush this without consulting him.
I have sent Jcwf a message to find out what he wants, just like I have done with other colleagues. This is the normal way we treat our volunteers. @EPIC: the general criteria for something like this is one month's notice (see wikibooks:WB:ADMIN). In the past @MarcGarver: used to handle them when he was a bureaucrat, but we don't have one now. The main problem is that they were notified two days ago (despite the request on WB:RFP posted on Feb 25th), which I think doesn't meet the policy as written (despite there being no need to show consensus per se). As a result I think this request should be turned down (sorry @SHB2000:), because one purpose of the rule is to give the to-be-removed sysop a chance to contest. Speaking as a member of the WB community (not as a Steward), I think the policy has been met in the case of Mrjulesd, albeit that it would have been better to notify them as well as post the removal request. In the case of Az1568, he remains intermittently active and the nomination was opposed by the only person commenting. I also have added my opposition to the removal.
