To broer krysser Cape Cod-kanalen:Sagamore BridgeogBourne Bridge.I tillegg frakter en jernbanebro, Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, fraktgods og et mindre antall passasjerer inn på halvøya som er inndelt i femten byer og mange landsbyer.
