Shot on location at the same property where the event originally occurred in 1890 on the Western Slope of Colorado. This story captures the lonely spirit of the classical western as father, Tom Welch Sr. clings to the last family he has, his son, Tom Jr. Local outlaw and prospector, Ed Harbison approaches the Welch's with an offer to buy out their land.
