She decides not to tell anyone and writes her will. Micha's wife reveals she knows about the affair and asks him to choose between her and Amalia. Unaware of Amalia's worsening condition, Amir tells her he's moving on with his life. Amalia's unique perspective as both patient and doctor earns her the directorship of the center, while Micha's bold political stance catapults his party forward in the polls. In a bittersweet parting, the two career-driven individuals agree to prioritize their work over their love for each other. On the surface, it pays off big time: Amalia is transforming the Breast Health Center, while Micha doubles his party's power in the elections.
