Eva's new Boss Paul Bergmann (Alexander Strobele) doesn't care about the readers. He only thinks about sales, which can be increased by as many advertisements as possible. He would ideally like to replace Eva with her ambitious assistant Maike Müller (Bojana Golenac), whose well-behaved texts flatter advertisers. Eva is correspondingly distracted when she doesn't pay attention at a presentation at the zoo and trips over a bucket of fish - her crocodile bag sails in a high arc into the crocodile tank. The enraged Eva thinks that the fault is the clumsy zookeeper Max Hay (Heio von Stetten), who spontaneously falls in love with her. Eva really has other things to worry about, but Max happens to live in the neighborhood and doesn't miss an opportunity to "apologize." However, when the shirt-sleeved zookeeper rings the doorbell again, he comes at the right time: Eva is hosting a small dinner at which her lover Karl (Wolf Roth), a married lawyer with a family, unexpectedly meets his wife's friends. To avoid embarrassing questions, Eva asks Max with the presence of mind to play her boyfriend. Nothing better than that - with his spontaneous, relaxed manner, the surprise guest not only saves the evening: he is even so good in his role that the game - against Eva's will - becomes tinglingly serious. Things also get serious for Karl, who finally gets dumped by his wife and moves in with Eva. Of course, he expects her to fulfill the role of lover and wife at the same time. Eva waited for Karl for ten years - but not to iron his shirts and fulfill his special wishes. Eva starts to ponder.Written by ADR Das Erste See less
