Ulcinj(Montenegrin:Ulcinj/Улцињ,pronounced[ǔlt͡siɲ];Albanie:UlqinorUlqini,pronounced[ulcin];Italian:Dulcigno,pronounced[dultʃiɲo]) is acoastal resort tounan municipality inMontenegro.The toun o Ulcinj haes a population o 10,828 (2003 census) o which the majority are Albanians. Ulcinj is the centre o themunicipalityan the centre o theAlbanian community in Montenegro.TheDay o Ulcinjis held every first Saturday o Aprile. It seembolizes the end o the collection o olives, the ootput o the sailors at the sea, an the beginnin o the tourist saison.
