Abercrombie River National Parkis anational parkinNew South Wales,Australia.It is 138 kilometres (86 miles) west ofSydney.TheAbercrombieand Retreat Rivers flow through the park. The park protects a large area of open forest, the largest area in this part of New South Wales.[2]There are large trees,Casuarina cunninghamia,growing along the river. The river is normally a series of deep waterholes.[3]In the park there areplatypuses,rakalis,wallaroos,red-necked wallabies,swamp wallabiesandEastern Grey Kangaroos.
