Anagencyis anorganizationwhich acts on behalf of others. There arecommercialagencies, andgovernmentagencies.[1]Dictionary.com defines 'agency': "an organization, company, or bureau that provides some service for another: a welfare agency".[2]Actors, models, authors, sportspeople all have agents or agencies.
