Assembly of Kosovo

TheAssembly of Kosovo(Serbian:Скупштина Косова,Skupština Kosova) is aninstitutionlinked to governing theterritoryofKosovo.The Assembly was created by theUnited Nationsto provide for a democratic form of government.

Structure

The assembly has 120 seats. 100 seats are filled with people directly elected into the assembly. The remaining 20 are always assigned as follows:

• 10 seats for the representatives of theSerbs.
• 4 seats for the representatives of theRoma,AshkaliandEgyptians.
• 3 seats for theBosniaks.
• 2 seats for theTurks.
• 1 seat for theGorans.
