Chervil(Anthriscus cerefolium) is aherbthat is related toparsley.It is sometimes calledgarden chervil.

Chervil insalad

Sometimes called "gourmet's parsley", chervil is put inpoultry,seafood,and smallvegetables.It is particularly famous inFrance,where it is added toomelettes,saladsandsoups.More delicate thanparsley,it has a small taste ofliquorice.

Chervil had severaltraditionaluses. Pregnant women were washed in aninfusionof it; alotionof chervil was used as for cleaning skin; and it was used medicinally as abloodpurifier.It was also said to be useful for curinghiccups.[1]
