Corticobasal degeneration(CBD) is a rareneurodegenerative diseasethat affects thecerebral cortexand thebasal ganglia.[1]
CBD symptoms start in people from 50 to 70 years of age. Some of the symptoms are similar to that ofParkinson's disease,progressive supranuclear palsy,anddementia with Lewy bodies.
