Crown Prince Sado
Crown Prince Sado(Hangul:사도세자;Hanja:Tư điệu thế tử) orCrown Prince Jangheon(Hangul:장헌세자;Hanja:Trang hiến thế tử), January 1735 - May 1762) was aCrown PrinceofJoseon.He was the second son of KingYeongjo,and the father of KingJeongjo of Joseon.
After the death of his half brother Prince Hyojang, he became heir to the throne. Because of hismental illnessand strange behaviour, his father had him locked in a rice chest andstarvedto death.
