Logorrheais aspeech disorder.It is apsychologicaldisorder where a person speaks continuously ingibberishor makes no real sense. It is a sign of an underlyingmental disorderand needspsychiatricattention.

Logorrhea happens in many differentpsychiatricandneurologicalconditions. Some of these areglossolalia,schizophrenia,bipolar disorder,andschizoaffective disorder.

The term is sometimes used to talk about someone who is just very talkative. This is meant as a funny joke.
