Peleus

Peleus(Greek:Πηλεύς,Pēleus) was one of the earlyGreek heroes.Peleus was the son ofAeacus,king of the island ofAegina,andEndeïs,the nymph ofMount Pelion.Alongside his brotherTelamon,he joined the heroJasonas one of theArgonautson the quest to find theGolden Fleece.He was the husband of theNereidThetis,by whom he is the father ofAchilles.
