Saul Perlmutter(born September 22, 1959) is an Americanastrophysicist.He worked at theLawrence Berkeley National Laboratoryand a professor of physics at theUniversity of California, Berkeley.He is a member of theAmerican Academy of Arts & Sciences.
Perlmutter won the 2011Nobel Prize in Physics.
