The Fantastic Four: First Stepsis an upcoming superhero movie based on theMarvel Comicssuperhero teamFantastic Four.It will be the37th movieof theMarvel Cinematic Universe(MCU) and the second to be set outside of the franchise's main timeline, afterDeadpool & Wolverine(2024). It is also the fourth movie to be released based on the Fantastic Four, after 2005'sFantastic Fourand its2007 sequeland the2015 reboot.Two of the team's members' variants have previously appeared in the MCU.Pedro Pascal,Vanessa Kirby,Joseph Quinn,andEbon Moss-Bachrachstar as the Fantastic Four, whileShalla-Bal/Silver Surfer,Galactus,andVictor von Doom / Doctor Doomwill also appear, played byJulia Garner,Ralph Ineson,andRobert Downey Jr.,^[a]respectively.
