Fathi Sha QAQ iwas the leader and founder ofPalestinian Islamic Jihad.He was born in theGaza Stripon the 4th of January 1951 to a family of refugees.[2][3]

He founded Islamic Jihad in 1981 with the goal of starting aIslamic stateundersharia lawinIsraelandPalestine.[4]His inspiration was based off of a mix ofKhomeinismandSalafism.
