George Walter
Sir George Herbert Walter,KNH(8 September 1928 – 4 March 2008) was an Antiguan politician of theProgressive Labour MovementandPrime Minister of Antigua and Barbudafrom 14 February 1971 to 1 February 1976.[1]
In 2008, he wasposthumouslymade aKnight of the Order of the National Hero(KNH) by his native countryAntigua and Barbudato become the country's fifth national hero.[2]
