Jason Fram(born April 23, 1995) is aCanadian-bornChineseprofessionalice hockeydefenceman.He currently plays for theKunlun Red Starof theKontinental Hockey League(KHL).

Before playing in the major leagues, Fram played parts of 5 seasons with theSpokane Chiefsof theWestern Hockey League(WHL).[1]He would win the Canada West Defenseman of the Year Award in 2018.[2]

He was not drafted by an NHL team. He would be invited to the training camp for theSan Jose Sharks.The Sharks would send Fram down to theirAHL-affiliateSan Jose Barracudaon December 8, 2016.[3]He would play 2 games with them. On December 8, Fram would be released from his AHL contract.[4]

In 2016, Fram would play college hockey at theUniversity of Albertawith the Golden Bears. During his time there, he would win theDavid Johnston University Cupafter they defeated theSt. Francis Xavier X-Men4 games to 2.[5]

On May 30, 2019, Fram signed withKunlun Red Starof theKontinental Hockey League(KHL).[6]
