John Toohey (judge)
John Leslie TooheyACQC(4 March 1930 – 9 April 2015) was anAustralianjudge.He served as the Justice of theHigh Court of Australiafrom 6 February 1987 to 2 February 1998.
Toohey was born in ruralWestern Australia.He died on 9 April 2015, aged 85.[1]
