Aworld's fairis a large exhibition ofindustryandculture.They are also calledexpositionsorexpos.This type of exhibition occurs since the middle of the19th century.TheBureau of International Expositionsofficially takes care of them. The "Bureau of International Expositions" is usually abbreviated BIE, from the organization's name inFrench:Bureau International des Expositions.
