Established in 1999 from formerAshi Productionsanimators,Actas Inc.( chu thức hội xã アクタスKabushiki-gaisha Actus) is a Japanese studio that produced the animation forTransformers: Armada,Transformers: Robot Masters,the hand-drawn animation forTransformers: Energonand in-between animation forTransformers: Cybertron.They have done such shows aséX-Driver,Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children(withTMS Entertainment),Mermaid My Melody,D.C. ~Da Capo~,Girls und Panzer,Princess Principal,Long Riders,and others.
They did not animate the Japanesetitle sequenceforTransformers: Armada,however, which was done byRaretrick.
In 2017, Actas Inc. was acquired by Bandai Visual, which is currently a subsidiary ofBandai Namco Filmworks(Formerly known asSunrise. Inc), which in turn is also a subsidiary ofBandai Namco Holdings.
