They can fly in robot mode, butyoucan't.

One of the most annoying enemies a soldier will face in theGreat Waris theartillery specialist.Capable of flight, artillery specialists hover in the air and rain plasma death down on the battlefield below. Their ability to make swift darting movements makes them difficult to shoot, but they can sometimes be cornered because they tend to focus on one target to the exclusion of all else.
