Arto Nieminen

Arto Nieminen(born1957) is a Finnish actor, voice actor, writer, and director. Among his many voice roles, he's played the title character (and others) in the 2003He-Manseries and multiple characters (such as Giovanni, Professor Oak, and Meowth) in thePokémonfranchise.
