Bouncer bombsare a dangerous kind ofweaponthat only an expert should use. They are bombs that do not necessarily explode upon contact, but damage the target by impact before bouncing off to another target. Their trajectory cannot be controlled, so it takes someone who can make sound assessments on their effectiveness, based on the properties of the battlefield and arrangement of the soldiers, to wield them properly.

So naturally, they end up in the arsenal of one of the Decepticons'dumbestwarriors.
