• Who is Clockwise in theComic-Magazin?The next paragraph talks about theRescue Force,though it seems that they are responding to him rather than he being a member of the Rescue Force. It is likely (though conjecture) that writerRobert Mannbecame confused by a reference picture of various Transformers with the legend "Clockwise from left to right..." and decided that the name of the first character was "Clockwise", especially since his name is "Clockwise" in the original text rather than the German translation (which would be "im Uhrzeigersinn" ).
• Longtooth's friend in the UK comic was not named in his original appearance.Ask Vector Primewould much later retcon him to be the same character as Clockwise from the GermanComic-Magazinstory.
