- Gaidora is aPredaconfrom theBeast Wars: Uprisingportion of theGeneration 1continuity family.
IfPreditronis an example of an elder statesman of the Predacons, thenGaidorawould be the rebellious teenager. She's got no respect for old geezers with their stupid ideas of "honor" and junk, or sickly prisoners. But she is loyal to the cause of theResistance,and willing to do anything for it. Especially if it involves beating people up.Especiallyif those people happen to be said geezers.

Gaidora was the number two bot at Safe Zone Alpha Two, a Resistance base nearProtihex,where she worked underIkard.When the order came down from on high thatPreditronhad to die in the Resistance's version of theGames,Gaidora was sent to knock him out, laughing when the old guy said he didn't want to hurt her. As they fought, she mocked him for his age, and his choice ofbeast mode.Then she jumped away from the fight, as Ikard came up from behind to knock Preditron out. Before he passed out, Gaidora informed him thatLio Convoysaid "hi".
The next day, she marched out theMicromasterP.O.W.s and Preditron into the arena. WhenCheetorandSer-Ketconfronted Ikard about this, he sicced Gaidora on them, and she knocked them into the arena.Safe Spaces

- Part of the second wave ofGo!toys, Gaidora is aredecoandretoolofPrime: Beast HuntersDeluxe ClassLazerback,with a new head, and transforms into a drake. His tail detaches to become a whip that is held by his hands via5 mm post,and his dragon back hinges over his head inrobot modeto reveal a spring-loaded missile launcher which fires a single, double-pronged missile. The launcher itself is attached to a peg-hole on his back, and can be detached for use as a hand-held weapon. Due to the larger size of his retooled head, some fans have reported problems folding the head through the transformation and properly connecting thebeast modehead. Also, since Gaidora is packaged in robot mode holding his tail-whip weapon, some fans have been reported seeing stressed plastic on his left hand.
