During the reign ofZeta Prime,Hefter ofUrayawas a manual laborer and friend toTappet.He aspired to be an astrophysicist, but the lingeringfunctionistdoctrine dictated that he use his forkliftalternate modeto perform manual labor at one of Cybertron's many spaceports. Inspired by their message, Hefter joined the Decepticons and took to graffiting their rhetoric, and was also suspected of being a gunrunner for them. He was soon arrested and placed into police custody, where hemysteriously diedwas killed by the corrupt officerOutback.Tappet demanded justice for his friend, thoughOrion Pax's assurances did little to convince him it would happen. Following Hefter's death, a protest erupted outside of police headquarters, asking for justice. Zeta, meanwhile, couldn't even be bothered to remember the guy's name, coldly claiming that "Lifter" had "got what was coming to him", something Pax found disconcerting. Outback later basically admitted to the act and was proud of it, and Orion would haveRatchetlook at Hefter's body and confirm that his injuries didn't match the official record, yet another victim of Cybertron's corruption.To Walk Among the Chosen
