Kodansha

Kodansha Limited( chu thức hội xã giảng đàm xã,Kabushiki-gaisha Kōdansha) is one of the largest Japanese publishers, headquartered in Bunkyo,Tokyo,founded in1909.It also has close ties with theWalt Disney Companyand isTokyo Disneyland's official sponsor.

Kodansha published three magazines related to theTransformersfranchise:TV Magazine,TV-Kunand the defunctComic Bom Bom.
