Len Wein

Leonard Norman "Len" Wein(June 12,1948–September 10,2017) was an American writer for comic books and television animation. He was perhaps best known for co-creating Amanda Waller, Lucius Fox, Mongul, Human Target, Arisia Rrab, and Swamp Thing forDC Comics,and for writingGiant-SizeX-Men#1 forMarvel Comics— in which he co-created some of the X-Men's most popular characters, including Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird andWolverine.Other co-creations he provided for Marvel outside ofX-Meninclude Stegron, Mockingbird, Rocket Racer and the remaining three members of the Wrecking Crew.

Outside of writing comics, Wein had written for episodes of animated cartoons such asExosquad,ReBoot,Ben 10,Mummies Alive!,Robocop,Godzilla,Kappa Mikey,Action Man,Gargoyles,KongandPhantom 2040.
