Lord Zedd,the self-appointed Emperor of Evil, is an antagonisticalienof some sort and a sworn enemy of thePower Rangers.He wields amagical"Z-Staff", which allows him to mutate ordinary creatures into giant monsters or shrink enemies down to a more manageable size.
