Midship(ミッドシップMiddoshippu) has anger issues. He's one ofUnicron's many hunters, and he seems toreallyenjoy his job. He's incredibly loud, rude, and violent, a stark contrast to his teammateTop Gear's quieter form of menace. You can't help but hear Midship coming, but even so, it's probably too late anyway.

In the process of hunting down "renegade" Mini-Cons who did not serve Unicron, Midship andTop Geartracked theSuper Stunt TeamtoIndia.GrabbingRedlineby the neck, he began taunting him and his friends for believing that the Mini-Cons could ever find peace.Linkage Part 3Redline resisted and stunned Midship by kicking him in the face and shooting him. Before he could strike back, he and the rest of theSpeed Chaser Teamwere chased off byScavenger.Linkage Part 4In the form of theMagnawing,the Speed Chaser Team later assaultedFalciain the skies aboveSeattle,but retreated again when faced withCombusta.Linkage Part 6

As part of a new plan,Sidewayslater presented Midship and the others with a large capsule.Linkage Part 8In Magnawing mode, they towed the capsule to the Super Stunt Team, where they revealed that it contained the corruptedAutobot Ravenus.Linkage Part 9After Ravenus capturedServoandTwirl,the Speed Chaser Team ordered him to withdraw alongside them.Linkage Part 10They were subsequently blasted aside by a powered-up Redline.Linkage Part 11In the aftermath, they watched as Mini-Cons woke and gathered from places all over Earth, and Midship ordered theAqua Raider Teamto withdraw as well.Linkage Part 12

The Speed Chaser Team were among the loyal Mini-Cons who defended Unicron during his battle against the entire population of Cybertron. During the battle, Midship clashed with Redline again, calling him and his allies "diseased cells" that only served to be exterminated.Linkage Part 13

He was only available with limited-edition copies of the thirdLegends of the MicronsDVD, and also came with thethird volumeof theLinkagecomic.Later pressings of the disc, however, did not include the toys or comic.
