As evidenced by the name,Mini-Megatronis a smaller scale copy ofMegatron.He was created by enemies of Megatron as a propaganda tool to mock theDecepticonleader, but Megatron accepted him into his inner court. Mini-Megatron is perfectly sized for a human to wield his handgunalt-mode,but it's unclear if this was intentional.
