Norio Imamura(いまむら のりおImamura NoriobornApril 17,1954) is a Japanese stage and voice actor. He is perhaps best known as the original voice of Emporio Ivankov onOne Piece.In the world of dubbing, he has played Albert Goldman (Nathan Lane) inThe Birdcage.
While any connection to the Yakuza that Imamura might have is strictly conjecture, it is more than certain he is not permitted in any Japanese bathhouses.

- An avowed tattoo enthusiast, Imamura spent 4 to 5 million yen ($45,000 to $56,000 USD) on his tattoos. When he showed fullbody pics of himself on his blog, he was arrested due to Japan's strict censorship laws.[1]His role onOne Piecewent toMitsuo Iwataand he was fined 500,000-yen (about US$6,000).[2]He has received scarce voice acting work since then as a result of the "scandal" (tattoos are strongly discouraged in Japan).
