Regalis V lay only a stone's throw fromSalvvatan VIII,and was composed entirely of colossal, phosphorescent plants sprouting from a single gigantic seed at the very center of the world. Following their encounter withSixshotandMetroplexon Salvvatan VIII,Spotlight: Metroplexthe survivingThrottlebotscrash-landed on one of the gigantic plants, permanently marooning them. With no way to get off-world,Searchlightnicknamed the planet "Botanica".
Unaware that the war had ended, the Throttlebots spent ten years marooned on the planet, synthesizing anenergonsubstitute by boiling the local plants while worrying that the Decepticons had won the war. One evening, they were attacked by a pack ofbeast modeTransformers, who killed Searchlight, and nearly killedRollbar,Chase,andGoldbug.They were saved byProwl,Wheelie,Garnak,andStardrive,who had followed the beastformers to the planet.The Dead Come Home, Part 1
