Studio Guts(スタジオガッツSutajio Gattsu) is a Japanese animation studio stationed inTokyofounded by formerAshi Productionsemployee Tetsuya Arao in2000.The studio has provided animation and episode co-production services to many anime titles, includingAmagami SS,Fairy Tail,the 2001Cyborg 009series,High-Rise Invasion,andToei AnimationtitlesOne PieceandPrecure.

They would be brought on byActas Inc.to provide additional animation production services forTransformers: Armada.
