The blue-skinned Thraal shared their homeworld ofNa'condawith the green-skinnedA'ovan.One element of their culture was that the Thraal obeyed the best warrior, even if that individual was not a Thraal themselves; although they had not yet developed spaceflight, Thraal weaponry was quite advanced and included advanced armored battlesuits.
