Rafael Antonio "Tony" Oliver(bornMay 12,1958) is an American writer, producer, voice director and voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Rick Hunter onRobotech,Saba the White Tiger Sword onMighty Morphin Power Rangers,Ulquiorra Cifer onBleach,Minato Namikaze onNaruto Shippuden,Seina Yamada onTenchi Muyo: GXP,and Arsène Lupin III onLupin III.
In addition to voice acting, Oliver served as a supervising producer onPower Rangersup untilPower Rangers: Turboas well a voice director on a number of anime titles done at Bang Zoom! Entertaintment and a story editor forSamurai Pizza Cats.

- According to "Gone Too Far"writerGreg Sepelak,Jackpot's personality in the story was based after Oliver's "goofy, gabby, pun-hurling" portrayal of Lupin III.[1]
- Jason David Frank's character onPower Rangers,Tommy Oliver,was named after Tony Oliver himself. Just don't ask him about the Tommy part.
