François Leccia
From Transformers Wiki
François Leccia (October 22, 1948 - July 12, 2009) was a French actor.
As a voice actor, he was the regular French voice of Harry Hamlin and dubbed several times actors such as Jack Coleman, John Travolta and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
In animation, he dubbed Arthur O'Connor and Dr Robinson in Tom Sawyer, Tommy, Jedaïte and Kunzite in Sailor Moon, but also Bob the Builder in the eponymous series (in addition to singing the French opening). He is also the voice of Captain Harlock in the 1984 series Arcadia of My Youth: Endless Orbit SSX (following Richard Darbois who dubbed him in the 1978 series Space Pirate Captain Harlock).

Note
- François Leccia is one of the only two actors to have been involved in both the French dub of the series and that of the 1986 film, along with Georges Atlas. He was given in The Movie the role of Ultra Magnus, but he did not reprise the role for seasons 3 and 4 of the series, the dubbing team for The Movie and the one for the series seemingly having not communicated at all.
